As a Lead Talent Sourcer, your role will be to ensure to deliver the required support to the client and Stakeholders. The primary responsibilities include managing the client deliveries, managing the team, and making necessary reports to meet the SLA.

Working days: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekend off) 

Work Location: Baner, Pune


Responsibilities

  • Manage customer SLA.
  • Manage a team of Associate & Senior Sourcers.
  • Provide sourcing data and insight through reporting.
  • Pairing with the client recruiters in the paired Sourcing sessions to understand the candidate persona.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree Or Equivalent required (Preferably in Engineering)
  • 8+ years of experience in Global Talent Sourcing and recruiting space.
  • A passion for learning new skills in Sourcing and Candidate Engagement.
  • Willingness to learn new tools required to fulfill this role. (ATS, CRM, Trello, G-Sheet etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to be organized across multiple requisitions while responding to a high volume of candidates
