Work Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 3 - 6 years

Job Purpose:
The AV Engineer will manage and facilitate technical and administrative tasks necessary for supporting executive level multi-site town hall meetings and broadcast events globally.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Gain a high-level understanding of all available broadcast and collaborative communication technologies used within the company.
• Work with executive level clients gaining an understanding of their meeting needs and communication goals.
• Consult clients on the most appropriate technology and best practices to ensure highest level of success for their event.
• Work with scheduling team to book all conference room spaces globally.
• Facilitate scheduling of collaboration tools including, but not limited to:
                Web conference
                Web streaming
                Satellite logistics with internal and external technology vendors.
• Coordinate technology plans and technical support across all participating global locations.
• Manage acquisition and/or rental of appropriate equipment, facilities, and staff necessary for global scale productions.
• Assist in set up, testing, and rehearsals for large scale productions in large venue spaces. Includes multi-camera setup, staging, lighting, sound reinforcement, and conferencing broadcast systems such as video conference, audio conference, web streaming, and satellite.
• Direct all aspects (technology plans and technical support team members) during live broadcast.
• Video editing and media creation skills necessary.
• Regular travel to BMS Sites is required.
• Some travel, domestic and international, may be required.
• Able to work out-of-hours to support the global nature of the business.
• Report writing: Conference cost estimates, Technology Notes and
• Post Conference Assessment Reports.

Skills Required:
• Excellent customer service skills necessary.
• Must have a high level of audio/visual and production knowledge including video, audio, and display equipment and applications.
• Understanding audio mixers, preferably Yamaha mixers.
• Must be able to troubleshoot a broad range of audio-visual equipment issues.
• Must work well with a team as can work well alone.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a skilled communicator and exhibit excellent judgment and flexibility.
• Manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Complete understanding of Microsoft Office products.
• Valid Driver’s licenses.
• May require occasional lifting (up to 50lbs).

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
